| A renovated colonial residence surrounded by a beautiful flower and vegetable garden. Enjoy the tranquility of this place and the great views over Kalaw. Amara Resort is located on a hill overlooking Kalaw, about 10 minutes drive from Kalaw market. 2 superior rooms and 2 deluxe rooms. All rooms have en suite shower (1 deluxe room has a bath tub). Hot & cold shower, fireplace in each room. There is no air conditioning but it is nearly always cool up in the Shan Hills (in fact it is cold at times and a warm sweater/jacket is needed). One common dining room and living room. |
