All Asia Exclusive Travel Myanmar has been established in 2007 with a team of  12 dedicated, informative and skillful staff. Nowadays, we are a team of 20 with offices in Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay and Taunggyi (Inle Lake region).

What we do for our customer

  • Since our intention is mainly to create the experiences which clients would like to enjoy, first and foremost, we try to find out and understand what the needs of our customers are.

  • We do respond to the customers within 48 hours, or even faster, be it in the course of planning and organizing the tour or in case of complaint during or after the tour. We remain entirely at the disposal of customers.

  • We travel throughout Myanmar to collect and collate the firsthand information on the destinations.
  • We meet the suppliers to study the unique selling propositions (USPs) and respective quality of their products and properties so that we can match them with the needs of our customers.
  • While we emphasize on the personal touch for our products, we also pay attention to the need for accuracy and efficiency of information which we daily manage in order to realize smooth and seamless customer care and tour operation. Therefore, we invested in a state-of-the-art tour operating software, namely “Tourplan iS”.
  • We tailor tours according to the particular demands, interests and preferences of our customers. In other words, we personalize and customize travel experiences for them.
  • Last but not least, we stay abreast of the specific trends and consumer behavior of travelers to adapt systems and services accordingly.
